Follow the original link

Save the original listing URL and date accessed. Check the domain before signing in, and compare the selected variant after any redirect. Record missing or changed information instead of assuming the link remains valid.

Record source and variant

For each Kakobuy link, record the listing title, seller, colour and size. Save the date alongside any price. Stock and prices may change; confirm the live destination before payment.

Measure before choosing

For shoes, compare the same type of measurement with a pair that fits. For clothing, note chest, length and sleeve measurements using a consistent method. A size label alone is not a fit guarantee.

Preserve link history when the label or locale changes

Keep an old link and a proposed replacement in separate columns. Record the checked date, original domain, destination domain, marketplace item ID and selected variant. A Polish, Romanian, English or French label can differ while the destination stays the same; conversely, similar labels can lead to different sellers. A redirect is not automatically a broken link. If the source requires a login or cannot be reached, record that observed state without inventing an HTTP status. Accept a replacement only after documenting why its seller and variant are comparable, and retain the older record for review.

Poland — keep a dated PLN comparison

Keep the original URL, marketplace item ID, seller and variant together before accepting a replacement. Add the CNY price, dated PLN conversion, shipping route and charges included in the quote. Poland's Ministry of Finance describes changed rules for online imports from outside the EU from 1 July 2026. Do not reuse an old assumption that a parcel below EUR150 is always duty-exempt. Check which costs the seller or carrier's current offer includes.

United States — preserve the item and entry evidence

For a US destination, keep the seller invoice, country of origin and product description alongside the original link. Compare USD totals using a dated exchange rate and the same parcel assumptions. CBP describes how personal goods purchased overseas are cleared and notes that a formal entry can be required. A link still opening in Kakobuy does not establish import admissibility, an active shipping line or a guaranteed landed price. Confirm current requirements with CBP and the carrier before dispatch; do not copy an old haul's allowance or delivery time.

United Kingdom — separate Great Britain and Northern Ireland

Record whether the destination is Great Britain or Northern Ireland, then keep the GBP quote and its date with the product record. the UK government distinguishes goods sent from outside the UK from goods sent from outside the EU for Northern Ireland. Check the current tax, duty and restricted-goods guidance for the actual destination. If a seller replaces a listing or a route changes, recheck both the variant and shipping terms. The old product price or a Reddit parcel report is not a current UK total.

Canada — province, currency and mail versus courier

Keep the CAD value, destination province or territory and shipping method in separate fields. CBSA explains that duties and taxes depend on value and other conditions, and that GST, PST or HST may apply. Mail and courier guidance must not be treated as interchangeable; a .ca directory is not evidence that an item is already in Canada. Keep any carrier administration fee separate from the seller price and compare the same variant after replacing a link.

Romania — record link history and the RON quote

Keep the old and proposed replacement URLs in separate fields. Compare the marketplace item ID, seller, colour and size; a reused photograph is not evidence of the same item. Save the CNY price, dated RON conversion and quoted route. The European Commission publishes the low-value import rules applying from 1 July 2026. Consult the current source before dispatch rather than reusing an older haul's customs assumption. A functioning listing link does not establish that the selected goods are accepted on a shipping line.

Australia — check the goods before choosing a route

For an Australian destination, record the AUD comparison, postcode, item description and parcel dimensions. ABF's buying-online guidance covers imported goods and makes clear that some goods are restricted or prohibited. Check the actual item and current requirements before paying for a replacement listing or shipping. Keep any customs or biosecurity requirement separate from the link status: a valid marketplace URL does not prove that the goods can enter Australia. Can old Kakobuy QC photos verify a replacement link?

Only retain a QC comparison when you can connect its date, seller, item ID and selected variant to the proposed listing. Otherwise label it a historical reference, not QC for the new item. Keep seller images and order-specific photos separate. This page has no verified replacement-item QC dataset; it does not label AI illustrations as warehouse evidence.

Does Kakobuy tracking prove that a product link is valid?

Tracking concerns a parcel; link validity concerns the current listing and variant. Keep these in separate records. Open the carrier or official account from a trusted starting point, and do not post private tracking identifiers in a shared spreadsheet. A parcel event cannot verify another buyer's replacement listing.

How should I record a coupon, a haul or a community recommendation?

Record the source URL, checked date and disclosed referral relationship. A Kakobuy coupon code needs current official eligibility and expiry evidence before it enters a cost comparison. A Kakobuy haul or Reddit post can raise a question; it cannot establish current stock, the legitimacy of a seller or a delivery promise. Keep unresolved claims visibly unresolved.
